The following is a simple quick-list of some of the most popular sushi terms you should definately know:
• Futo Maki - “Large Fat Roll”
•Bara Sushi – “Rice and Ingredients Mixed Together like a Rice salad”
•Chirashi Sushi – “Bed of Rice topped with Sushimi and other ingredients”
•Fukusa Sushi – “sushi where rice is wrapped in paper thin omelette”
